Overview

A leading academic medical center is seeking a Pharmacy Manager, Hematology/Oncology to lead and oversee oncology pharmacy operations, clinical programs, staff development, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Manage daily Hematology/Oncology pharmacy operations.

  • Oversee medication procurement, preparation, storage, and distribution.

  • Manage high-cost specialty drug utilization, particularly within oncology services.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists, pharmacy liaisons, and support staff.

Required Qualifications

Education

✔ Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.

Licensure
