Overview
A leading national healthcare organization is seeking a Manager of Finance Technology Application Support to lead the team responsible for supporting and optimizing its enterprise Oracle Finance environment.
This is a highly visible, hands-on working-manager position requiring a strong combination of Oracle Finance expertise, production application support, people leadership, vendor management and business partnership.
The successful candidate will lead internal employees and managed-service resources supporting Oracle Fusion Finance applications and related financial processes. The department features 8 Operating Rooms with a diverse surgical case mix, including a strong emphasis on Robotics and a growing Neurosurgery Program.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Manage daily operations of the Operating Room department.
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and resource utilization.
Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct patient care when needed.
Monitor departmental performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Team Management
Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and Texas Board of Nursing standards.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Licensure & Certifications

Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience in an acute care hospital.
Minimum 3 years of current OR leadership experience in one of the following:
