The Market Director, Communications & Marketing, manages internal and external communications and community engagement strategies for Memorial Medical Center/Los Alamos Medical Center and its affiliated entities. The Market Director is responsible for working collaboratively with corporate and local teams to ensure all advertisements, communications, collateral materials, and activities accurately reflect and support local and corporate brand and message expectations. The Market Director has a dotted line reporting relationship to the corporate Marketing and Communications teams.

We're moving heavily toward establishing a non-organic growth path and need a Director of Marketing. We have a global team of 60+ people. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and develop growth strategies through product and digital marketing, offline campaigns, paid ads, and tradeshow placement. We already have a marketing team in place, and we are looking for a creative leader AND doer to oversee the execution of those programs.

This role encompasses and oversees our PLG motion, digital marketing, organic growth, product messaging and placement and, in general, GTM strategy and execution

We want someone who specializes in this market and who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services to our target market, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and product marketing techniques, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition tactics. Your role will also include planning, forecasting, DOING, achieving, and growing revenue targets in partnership with Sales and managing a substantial marketing budget dollar by dollar.

For this role, you must have a deep technical understanding of CRMs like HubSpot & Salesforce, sales dialers, sales enablement, contact center software, integrations, and the data that drives it all. This position reports directly to the CEO and works in concert with our product marketing unit, business development, and sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and execute quarterly/annual strategic marketing plans to meet the company goals, including brand development, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns that support the sales cycle and ensure marketing efforts are driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, accelerating the sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns using a variety of channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends and use this information to inform marketing campaigns and product development.

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget.

  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to help them achieve the goals.

Job Description

Incumbent must be located within an hour's driving distance of a major airport in the Western region.

 

We are an industry leader in packaging solutions, is seeking a Director of Sales for our Materials Division. In cooperation with customer service and sales administration teams, the Sales Director will develop systems, processes, procedures, and goal-oriented business plans to provide leadership and direction to the sales force throughout the Western region.

 

This position provides daily support to Regional Sales Managers while ensuring close cooperation with other sales teams. Includes application identification, customer development, closing of all business opportunities, and assuring the satisfaction of these customers in their region. Expected to work with and provide direction to both internal and external marketing functions. Recommend adjustments to the organization, product changes, and/or services to meet the customer’s expectations.

 

This position will travel in excess of 50% with the remainder of the time being spent working remotely to ensure proper preparation and follow-up. Domestic and international travel is required. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekend work is required. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate travel, customer needs, trade shows, meetings, and customer schedules.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different Marketing Cloud Studios

  • Develop email templates, which will include coding of emails using HTML, CSS and AMP script

  • Create different Data extensions and associate them with different campaigns

  • Design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder to deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns post thorough testing.

  • Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email)

  • Use automation studio for performing actions such as imports, extracts, and SQL query activities.

  • Develop and deploy A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign.

  • Respond to common business requirements and perform administrative functions within Marketing Cloud

  • Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors like Adobe Experience (former Marketing) Cloud, and Pega Marketing Solutions.

  • Prior experience implementing full cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing including mobile, social, content, email, etc.

  • Experience with SF Marketing Cloud involving complex buyer journeys across a wide array of products and services

  • Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).

Strong interpersonal skills

  • Solid business acumen including a good sense of how a well-integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM systems can be utilized to improve business.
