This role sits at the intersection of technology, training, and business transformation, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and system enhancements across the organization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a system enablement strategy to improve adoption and user effectiveness

  • Identify business gaps and align enablement initiatives with organizational goals

  • Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness and system adoption

Salesforce Enablement & Optimization

  • Lead adoption of Salesforce platforms including:

    • Sales Cloud

    • Service Cloud

    • Marketing Cloud

    • Experience Cloud

  • Implement Salesforce-native tools such as:

    • In-App Guidance

    • Guidance Paths

    • Knowledge

  • Improve user experience while ensuring process compliance

Training, Rollouts & Hypercare Support

  • Lead enablement activities for major system deployments, including:

    • Training content development

    • Readiness assessments

    • Go-live support (hypercare)

  • Provide hands-on guidance (virtual and onsite) to ensure successful adoption

Governance & Change Management

  • Establish governance frameworks for:

    • Content lifecycle management

    • Release management

    • Change management

  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability across enablement initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:

    • Business stakeholders

    • IT and development teams

    • Project and release teams

  • Align enablement efforts with system enhancements and business priorities

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback and refine enablement strategies

  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, training, and processes

  • Stay current with new Salesforce features and emerging technologies

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a small team (onshore/offshore) supporting enablement initiatives

  • Provide coaching, direction, and alignment to ensure delivery success

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Enablement, training, or system adoption roles

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Solution Design – Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for large-scale Patient Support Programs (PSPs)

  • Enhance Patient Journeys – Define technology strategies for case management, engagement tools, and integrated partner services (e.g., benefits verification, co-pay programs)

  • Integrate & Optimize – Oversee integrations with platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python-based services

  • Drive Best Practices – Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP), and security protocols

  • Proof of Concept Leadership – Run PoCs to validate solution feasibility, presenting findings to stakeholders

  • Improve Performance – Streamline architecture for reusability, scalability, and cost efficiency

  • Collaborate Globally – Work closely with enterprise architects, cross-functional teams, and project managers to deliver robust, compliant solutions

  • Documentation & Roadmaps – Maintain architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years architecting Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio

  • Proven track record in Salesforce Health Cloud design and implementation

  • Strong experience with Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors

  • In-depth understanding of FHIR data integrations, data privacy, and consent management

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Knowledge of encryption, data masking, and anonymization techniques

  • Agile methodology experience and ability to work across global time zones

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect)

  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Service Cloud Voice, Advanced Therapy Management

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different Marketing Cloud Studios

  • Develop email templates, which will include coding of emails using HTML, CSS and AMP script

  • Create different Data extensions and associate them with different campaigns

  • Design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder to deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns post thorough testing.

  • Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email)

  • Use automation studio for performing actions such as imports, extracts, and SQL query activities.

  • Develop and deploy A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign.

  • Respond to common business requirements and perform administrative functions within Marketing Cloud

  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.

  • Provide troubleshooting / first line of support for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering errors or technical issues with SFMC or Sales/Service Cloud platforms Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience building solutions on the SFMC platform: Cloud Pages, Smart Forms, Web Collect, Collect Tracking, Email Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation studio

  • Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors like Adobe Experience (former Marketing) Cloud, and Pega Marketing Solutions.

  • Prior experience implementing full cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing including mobile, social, content, email, etc.

  • Experience with SF Marketing Cloud involving complex buyer journeys across a wide array of products and services

  • Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).

Strong interpersonal skills

  • Solid business acumen including a good sense of how a well-integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM systems can be utilized to improve business.

  • Can work cross-functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.

  • An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.
