What You’ll Do
Lead Solution Design – Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for large-scale Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
Enhance Patient Journeys – Define technology strategies for case management, engagement tools, and integrated partner services (e.g., benefits verification, co-pay programs)
Integrate & Optimize – Oversee integrations with platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python-based services
Drive Best Practices – Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP), and security protocols
Proof of Concept Leadership – Run PoCs to validate solution feasibility, presenting findings to stakeholders
Improve Performance – Streamline architecture for reusability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate Globally – Work closely with enterprise architects, cross-functional teams, and project managers to deliver robust, compliant solutions
Documentation & Roadmaps – Maintain architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years architecting Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio
Proven track record in Salesforce Health Cloud design and implementation
Strong experience with Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors
In-depth understanding of FHIR data integrations, data privacy, and consent management
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of encryption, data masking, and anonymization techniques
Agile methodology experience and ability to work across global time zones
Preferred Experience
Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect)
Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Service Cloud Voice, Advanced Therapy Management
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, AI/ML solutions
Experience with DevOps tools like AutoRabbit, GitHub, Terraform
Background in life sciences or pharma data architecture
