๐Ÿงญ Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute sales strategy across enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • Oversee sales planning, territory optimization, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.

  • Develop frameworks that drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.

  • Build data-driven forecasting models that inform strategic decisions at the highest level.

โš™๏ธ Operational Excellence

  • Architect and refine sales operations frameworks that improve process efficiency and alignment.

  • Lead CRM optimization in Salesforce, ensuring clean data, automation, and adoption across the sales org.

  • Standardize dashboards and reporting using Power BI or Tableau, delivering insights that accelerate decision-making.

  • Establish best practices for pipeline velocity, deal quality, and margin improvement.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Revenue Performance & Enablement

  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to design quotas, incentive programs, and performance metrics that motivate and reward success.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement process improvements that shorten deal time and increase win rates.

  • Use analytics to proactively spot trends, forecast results, and recommend strategic adjustments.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless revenue engine.

  • Align sales, delivery, and customer experience initiatives to drive client satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to guide business growth initiatives.

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Leadership within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven success building and scaling direct sales organizations that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM, Power BI / Tableau, and advanced analytics.

  • Experience with sales frameworks, pipeline management, and operational excellence.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capabilities โ€” able to influence, coach, and inspire.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience selling into Government, Education, Insurance, or Financial Services industries is a plus.

Job Purpose

The Sr. Director of AI & Data Science is a visionary leader responsible for driving high-impact AI applications across the business. This role partners with executives to identify opportunities where AI can provide strategic advantage, shaping how data science transforms decision-making, operations, and customer experience.

The leader will:

  • Champion responsible AI practices (governance, risk mitigation, ethics).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and accelerate AI opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related work experience.

  • Experience with at least two machine learning approaches: supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning.

  • Proven ability to present complex AI solutions to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience (managing teams of data scientists).

  • Experience driving enterprise-wide analytics adoption.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, distributed computing frameworks, and AWS.

  • Background in software development/version control.

  • Strong business acumen and experience presenting to senior executives.

  • Experience in Agriculture or related industries is a plus.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer (CCPO) to serve as the senior leader responsible for overseeing, designing, administering, educating, and continuously improving compliance and privacy programs across their healthcare network. This position is pivotal in maintaining ethical and legal standards while addressing regulatory requirements in Vermont and northern New York.

The CCPO reports to multiple stakeholders to ensure the independence and integrity of their role:

  • Direct Reporting:

    • Network Board of Trustees Audit Committee.

    • Senior Management as needed.

    • President/CEO and/or Audit Committee Chair as necessary.

  • Operational Reporting:

    • Reports to the Network General Counsel for coordination and organizational effectiveness, with safeguards for independent judgment.

The CCPO supervises a team of 12, including Compliance and Privacy Officers, Managers, Supervisors, Analysts, Specialists, and Auditors. They also collaborate with senior management and act as the primary contact for compliance and privacy matters with State and Federal agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, administration, and improvement of compliance and privacy programs.

  • Report directly to the Audit Committee, Senior Management, and the CEO/Chair as appropriate.

  • Lead and manage a team of compliance and privacy professionals.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the General Counsel to identify and address compliance and privacy needs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with State and Federal agencies for compliance or privacy-related issues.

  • Work closely with the Information Services Security Officer and leadership at partner affiliates.

  • Ensure adherence to laws governing healthcare reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and patient privacy.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Juris Doctor strongly preferred or a Masterโ€™s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5โ€“7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance and privacy, including management experience in a hospital or healthcare system.

  • Familiarity with health care reimbursement systems, fraud and abuse laws, and patient privacy laws.

  • Proven experience managing billing and regulatory compliance issues, organizational ethics, and corporate responsibility matters.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex organizational settings with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
