🎯 What You’ll Do

🧭 Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute sales strategy across enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • Oversee sales planning, territory optimization, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.

  • Develop frameworks that drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.

  • Build data-driven forecasting models that inform strategic decisions at the highest level.

⚙️ Operational Excellence

  • Architect and refine sales operations frameworks that improve process efficiency and alignment.

  • Lead CRM optimization in Salesforce, ensuring clean data, automation, and adoption across the sales org.

  • Standardize dashboards and reporting using Power BI or Tableau, delivering insights that accelerate decision-making.

  • Establish best practices for pipeline velocity, deal quality, and margin improvement.

💰 Revenue Performance & Enablement

  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to design quotas, incentive programs, and performance metrics that motivate and reward success.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement process improvements that shorten deal time and increase win rates.

  • Use analytics to proactively spot trends, forecast results, and recommend strategic adjustments.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless revenue engine.

  • Align sales, delivery, and customer experience initiatives to drive client satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to guide business growth initiatives.

💡 About You

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Leadership within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven success building and scaling direct sales organizations that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM, Power BI / Tableau, and advanced analytics.

  • Experience with sales frameworks, pipeline management, and operational excellence.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capabilities — able to influence, coach, and inspire.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience selling into Government, Education, Insurance, or Financial Services industries is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Demand Planning to lead the Greater China region. This role is critical in shaping and driving the demand planning strategy across both Consumer and Commercial business units. You’ll be responsible for creating a unified forecast, aligning business assumptions, and ensuring that demand planning becomes a central enabler of growth and operational excellence.

As a senior leader, you will manage a team of demand planners, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and influence at the highest levels of the organization to align strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Demand Planning: Chair and coordinate regional demand planning activities, ensuring alignment between country, cluster, and regional levels.

  • Consensus Forecasting: Drive “one set of numbers” by facilitating collaboration across business functions and clearly articulating assumptions.

  • Forecast Accuracy & Analytics: Employ advanced analytics and ML-based forecasting to improve accuracy, reduce bias, and add value at product line, market, and segment levels.

  • New Product Integration: Manage lifecycle forecasting and integrate new product launches seamlessly through S&OP processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Cluster Supply Planning, and Finance to align on forecasts, improve safety stock settings, and reduce costs tied to forecast variability.

  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure system accuracy in demand planning tools (Kinaxis, o9, E2Open, IBP), track performance metrics, and report meaningful insights.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of combined experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning), Sales, or Marketing within mid-to-large multinational organizations.

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role heading demand planning.

  • Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, and analytics.

  • Proven ability to lead within a matrix organization.

  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and demand planning tools (Kinaxis, o9, E2Open, IBP).

  • Experience with advanced forecasting analytics and ML-based approaches.

  • Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Overview:

This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity within a leading global medical technology manufacturer. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for a high-volume manufacturing plant, overseeing planning, purchasing, sterilization, product flow, shipping, and master data governance. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with corporate, regional, and site-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Supplier Management

  • Lead procurement of raw materials, components, MRO supplies, and capital equipment.

  • Direct issuance of purchase orders and lead resolution of non-conforming materials with supplier quality teams.

  • Collaborate with One Company Procurement (OCP) for corporate sourcing compliance and improvements.

Planning & Scheduling

  • Align with global supply chain teams to balance plant efficiency with customer demand.

  • Evaluate master production schedules and global demand for molded components.

  • Drive production plan adjustments and support mitigation strategies for material shortages.

Master Data Management

  • Oversee materials control documentation, ISO/QSR/SOX compliance, and ERP data governance.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in SAP and Apriso systems.

Sterilization Operations

  • Oversee the operation and optimization of the on-site Gamma sterilizer – the plant’s bottleneck process.

  • Liaise with microbiology, corporate sterilization, and assurance teams for SOP alignment and continuous improvement.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Ensure talent and processes are in place to support outbound product flow to distribution centers and partner plants.

Leadership of Supply Chain Teams

  • Directly manage 3 supply chain managers overseeing inbound, outbound, and planning functions.

  • Represent the plant in divisional Integrated Reconciliation Meetings and strategic planning forums.

  • Lead strategic initiatives including manufacturing transfers, make vs. buy analysis, and business continuity planning.

Reporting & Strategic Collaboration

  • Prepare and analyze capacity reports, forecast alignment, and budget planning documents.

  • Coordinate with finance, CI leadership, and marketing to ensure aligned business performance.

  • Coach and develop a team of exempt supply chain professionals in line with corporate strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong background in planning, procurement, supplier performance management, and logistics

  • Proficiency in SAP and Apriso systems

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of total experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations

  • Prior experience managing supply chain disruptions (e.g., raw material delays, port congestion)

  • Background in strategic supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and demand forecasting

  • Familiarity with ISO, QSR, and SOX compliance requirements

  • Continuous Improvement (CI) and transformation experience, including digitalization
