A leading advanced manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, recruitment and day-to-day HR operations at its Rochester facility.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, supervisors and senior leaders. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Individual compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, certifications, experience, training, internal compensation data and wider business requirements.
