What You'll Be Doing

SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable system solutions

  • Configure enhancements that improve employee lifecycle management and HR operations

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, usability, and efficiency

  • Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and business objectives

Application Development & Deployment

  • Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and release management activities

  • Support application upgrades, patches, and version releases

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Conduct quality assurance and validation testing

  • Support integration activities across the broader HR technology ecosystem

  • Ensure platform stability, reliability, and performance

User Support & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a key technical resource for HR and business stakeholders

  • Provide consultation and guidance on Employee Central capabilities and best practices

  • Respond to and resolve complex support requests and system issues

  • Maintain strong communication with users and business partners

  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Stakeholder & Project Collaboration

  • Partner with developers, product managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders

Incident & Vendor Management

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant application development, HR technology, or SuccessFactors experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee data management

  • Experience with application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support

  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions

  • Ability to work effectively within enterprise-scale technology environments

Overview

A leading communications technology organization is seeking a Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to support mission-critical voice modernization and emergency communications programs within a federal environment.

This role focuses on Ribbon Federal Edge deployments, SIP interconnection engineering, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and E-911/NG911 call routing integration supporting Army and public safety communications networks.

Key Responsibilities

Telecommunications Engineering

  • Support deployment and integration of Ribbon Federal Edge gateways.

  • Design and support SIP interconnections and policy routing.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot VoIP and SIP call flow issues.

  • Support connectivity between Federal Edge, DISA VISP, and Army PSAP systems.
