What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Overview

A leading academic medical center is seeking a Pharmacy Manager, Hematology/Oncology to lead and oversee oncology pharmacy operations, clinical programs, staff development, and strategic initiatives.

This leadership role is responsible for managing the Hematology/Oncology pharmacy team while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant medication management practices. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Manage daily Hematology/Oncology pharmacy operations.

  • Manage high-cost specialty drug utilization, particularly within oncology services.

Required Qualifications

Education

Licensure
