A leading academic medical center is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships to lead strategic corporate fundraising and partnership development initiatives.

This individual will play a critical role in building, managing, and growing a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners supporting healthcare, community impact, research, and health equity initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship-builder with a strong background in corporate fundraising, development, or partnership management and a proven track record securing major gifts and grants.

Corporate Partnership Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-year corporate partnership strategies aligned with institutional priorities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners capable of six- and seven-figure giving

  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate prospects and strategic partners

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Management

  • Drive retention and expansion of existing partnerships

  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new funding opportunities

  • Lead complex corporate fundraising efforts and multi-year partnership negotiations

  • Monitor portfolio performance and revenue forecasting using CRM systems

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and support team members within the Corporate Foundation Relations team

  • Help establish and monitor team metrics and fundraising goals

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing fundraising environment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:

    • Clinical leaders

    • Hospital leadership

    • Program directors

    • Development teams

  • Align donor interests with institutional priorities and strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate with communications and proposal teams on partnership materials and stewardship reporting

Operations & Reporting

  • Utilize Raiserโ€™s Edge NXT and CRM tools to:

    • Track donor activity

    • Monitor portfolio health

    • Maintain accurate records

    • Forecast revenue opportunities

  • Participate in annual business planning and fundraising strategy development

  • Provide leadership updates regarding partnership progress and revenue goals

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in:

    • Corporate partnerships

    • Development/fundraising

    • Sales/business development

    • Related fields

  • Experience managing high-value corporate relationships and strategic partnerships

  • Ability to work onsite 2โ€“3 days per week

  • Experience supervising and mentoring staff

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations, strategy, and performance of a behavioral health hospital.

This role carries full accountability for clinical quality, financial performance, regulatory compliance, talent development, and strategic growth, ensuring the facility delivers outstanding patient outcomes while achieving business objectives.

The CEO will act as the executive leader of the facility, working closely with the governing board, medical leadership, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the hospitalโ€™s strategic and operational plans

  • Partner with the governing body to define annual budgets and long-term growth strategy

Operational Management
