An innovative semiconductor technology company is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead Enterprise and Data Center sales initiatives across the United States and Europe.

This executive-level position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, securing strategic design wins, and developing key customer relationships within the Enterprise, Data Center, and Hyperscale ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise within NAND memory, SSDs, storage controllers, and enterprise storage solutions, along with established relationships across Enterprise, Cloud, and Hyperscale customers.

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise sales strategies.

  • Establish revenue growth objectives and market expansion plans.

  • Drive adoption of enterprise storage solutions across target accounts.

  • Achieve revenue, design-win, and market-share objectives.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across:

    • Enterprise Accounts

    • Data Center Customers

    • Hyperscale Organizations

    • Strategic Partners

  • Expand market presence throughout the U.S. and Europe.

  • Create and execute go-to-market initiatives.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships.

  • Engage with key decision-makers across customer organizations.

  • Align customer requirements with product roadmaps.

  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify partnership opportunities that expand market reach.

  • Negotiate strategic alliances and business agreements.

  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to increase market penetration.

Market Intelligence & Industry Leadership

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Analyze competitive activity and market dynamics.

  • Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams.

  • Influence product strategy based on customer and market insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with:
