Overview

An award-winning acute care hospital in the Cypress/Houston area is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead its Operating Room team. The department features 8 Operating Rooms with a diverse surgical case mix, including a strong emphasis on Robotics and a growing Neurosurgery Program.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Operational Leadership

  • Manage daily operations of the Operating Room department.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

Licensure & Certifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience in an acute care hospital.

  • Minimum 3 years of current OR leadership experience in one of the following:

    • Supervisor

    • Assistant Clinical Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Robotics surgery experience.

  • Neuro/Neurosurgery Operating Room experience.
