As the Director, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across the cardiovascular service line, driving excellence in patient care, staff development, and clinical innovation while ensuring alignment with hospital and system-wide objectives.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Cardiovascular Services, spanning ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and community care settings.
Clinical Excellence: Drive improvements in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall quality of cardiovascular care.
Operational Oversight: Ensure optimal performance across the Cath Lab and related services, balancing efficiency with clinical excellence.
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and lead initiatives that enhance resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration: Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and executive leadership to ensure a unified, patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care.
Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and support clinical staff, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a culture of teamwork.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all accreditation and safety standards while advancing performance toward high reliability.

✅ Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
✅ Licensure: Active or eligible West Virginia RN license
✅ Experience:
5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Cardiovascular or Cath Lab Services
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively with physicians and surgical staff
Strong background in budgeting, operations, and strategic planning
✅ Certifications:BLS and ACLS (required or obtained within defined timeframe)
✅ Skills:Data-driven decision-making and performance improvement
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
