π About the Role
Weβre seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join a fast-growing IT services organization. This is a newly opened role with significant growth potential, designed for a true hunter who thrives on building relationships and driving digital transformation.
Youβll be responsible for expanding the client base across the Northeast, focusing on Healthcare and SLED organizations, while leveraging your professional network in NYC, Boston, and Philadelphia.
π‘οΈ Key Responsibilities
Own the client relationship β act as a trusted advisor and identify growth opportunities.
Drive new business β prospect, nurture, and close net-new accounts.
Partner strategically β collaborate with internal teams and ServiceNow account managers to deliver tailored solutions.
Manage pipeline β use HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking events to build a strong funnel.
Execute the full sales cycle β from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Represent the brand β attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events (travel up to 40%).
π― Required Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Experience selling ServiceNow solutions.
Background selling into Healthcare or SLED sectors.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong communication skills β able to engage at C-level and executive level.
US Citizen or Green Card holder only.
Existing relationships in NYC, Boston, and Philadelphia markets.
At least 3 years selling professional services.
Established Midwest professional network.

Previous SDR experience.
Knowledge of Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling methodologies.
Experience within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
