The Opportunity
As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality breast imaging services that directly support early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes.
Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will:
Perform high-quality mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols
Operate and maintain advanced mammography and radiologic imaging equipment
Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring comfort, safety, and professionalism
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ease concerns
Support and mentor junior technologists and students where appropriate
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and imaging quality standards
Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $97,760 – $116,480
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Partial support available
Schedule: Monday–Friday Day Shift
Union Position: Hourly rate aligned to years of experience and union scale

Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
2–3 years of Mammography experience with demonstrated diagnostic proficiency
MSRT/ARRT (Mammography) certification required by hire date
Valid Massachusetts State Radiology/Mammography License required by hire date
Completion of a two-year accredited Radiologic Technology training program
Ability to work fully on-site
Preferred Background:
Advanced knowledge of mammography procedures and imaging equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff and students
Strong attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy and patient safety
