The Opportunity

Working under the leadership of the MRI Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality magnetic resonance imaging services that directly support diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

You will:

  • Operate advanced MRI systems to obtain high-quality diagnostic images

  • Support physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pathologies

  • Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures

  • Work independently across assigned clinical areas while collaborating within a multidisciplinary imaging team

  • Maintain compliance with MRI safety standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental protocols

  • Utilize RIS, HIS, PACS, and related imaging systems efficiently and accurately

  • Adapt to changing clinical demands and support operational excellence across the department

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $89,000 – $131,000

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for full-time hires

  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available

  • Schedule: Full-Time

  • Preferred Availability: Evenings, nights, and weekends

  • Union Position: Compensation aligned to years of experience and union pay scale

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved MRI education program meeting ARRT requirements

  • ARRT registered with MRI designation required

  • BLS certification required

  • Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience

  • Ability to work fully on-site

Preferred Background:

  • MRI-specific classroom and clinical experience

  • Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI imaging techniques

  • Experience working with RIS, HIS, and imaging systems

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient interaction skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical and safety standards

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Completion of a two-year post–high school program in an approved School of Radiologic Technology

  • ARRT certification required

  • RTR certification required

  • State licensure required

  • Ability to work fully on-site

  • 1–4 years of Radiologic Technologist experience

  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiology procedures and imaging equipment

  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
