Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) to oversee operations within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, financial performance, and staff engagement while fostering a resident-centered, homelike environment.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, working closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to drive quality outcomes and support the ongoing evolution of post-acute and long-term care services.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care center.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve resident care and operational performance.

  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, resource management, and facility performance metrics.

Quality & Clinical Excellence

  • Promote high-quality resident care and patient satisfaction.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational functions.

  • Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.

  • Drive quality, safety, and regulatory readiness initiatives.

Team Development

  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.

  • Mentor and develop leadership teams and staff.

Strategic & Community Partnerships

  • Serve as a liaison between facility leadership and health system leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License (Vermont and/or eligible state licensure).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator experience.

  • Experience within one or more of the following:

    • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

    • Long-Term Care

    • Assisted Living

    • Residential Care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of LNHA experience.

  • Multi-site leadership experience.

  • Strong background in post-acute and long-term care operations.

  • Experience leading organizational change and strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Supervisor to oversee daily operations, clinical quality, and team performance within a busy radiology department.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining clinical responsibilities with team management, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow across X-Ray services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all technical and compliance aspects of X-Ray operations

  • Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and imaging procedures

  • Monitor workflow efficiency and optimize departmental processes

Team Management & Staffing

  • Support staff scheduling to align with patient volume and operational needs

  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members

  • Act as a coach and mentor to radiology staff, fostering collaboration and development

Patient Care & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and care delivery

  • Support continuous improvement in imaging quality and service delivery

Hands-On Clinical Support

  • Perform duties as an X-Ray Technologist as needed

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent clinical care

On-Call Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

    • Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday rotation)

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) from an approved Radiologic Technology program

  • 3+ years of X-Ray experience

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (Lead Tech or Supervisor level)

  • Active certification and licensure (required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

  • Participation in ACR accreditation processes

  • Experience in hospital or high-volume clinical settings
