🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Cardiovascular Services, spanning ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and community care settings.

  • Clinical Excellence: Drive improvements in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall quality of cardiovascular care.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure optimal performance across the Cath Lab and related services, balancing efficiency with clinical excellence.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and lead initiatives that enhance resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaboration: Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and executive leadership to ensure a unified, patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Licensure: Active or eligible West Virginia RN license
Experience:

  • 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Cardiovascular or Cath Lab Services

  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively with physicians and surgical staff

  • Strong background in budgeting, operations, and strategic planning
    Certifications:

  • BLS and ACLS (required or obtained within defined timeframe)
    Skills:

  • Data-driven decision-making and performance improvement

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
