🔧 Key Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a system enablement strategy to improve adoption and user effectiveness

Salesforce Enablement & Optimization

  • Lead adoption of Salesforce platforms including:

    • Sales Cloud

    • Knowledge

  • Improve user experience while ensuring process compliance

Training, Rollouts & Hypercare Support

  • Provide hands-on guidance (virtual and onsite) to ensure successful adoption

Governance & Change Management

  • Establish governance frameworks for:

    • Content lifecycle management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:

Job Description

The Director of Inpatient Nursing Services will organize, direct, and supervise the functions of clinical and/or procedural units within our 8 bed ICU, 12 bed Med/Surg floor, 24 Med/Tele floor.
