The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Depending on your experience and interests, you may work within:
Emergency Department
Care for patients across all age groups in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, rapid assessment, and decisive action make a real difference.
Medical-Surgical Unit
Deliver comprehensive inpatient care, coordinate treatment plans, educate patients and families, and build strong therapeutic relationships throughout the recovery journey.
Cardiac Cath Lab
Support patients through diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while working closely with cardiologists and procedural teams in a highly specialized environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Administer medications safely and accurately
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Support a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence
Help create outstanding patient experiences
What We're Looking For
Required
Current RN License in Iowa OR Compact Multistate RN License
Current BLS Certification
Iowa Mandatory Reporter – Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
Additional Qualifications by Specialty
Emergency Department
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or willingness to obtain within required timeframes)
Cardiac Cath Lab
ACLS Certification
Previous Cath Lab, ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency Nursing experience preferred
Medical-Surgical
Previous Med-Surg experience preferred but not required
