🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design and support SIP-based voice and VoIP solutions, including call center and IVR systems
🔹 Troubleshoot SIP signalling, media flows, and complex voice-related issues across multiple systems
🔹 Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs
🔹 Operate independently, owning technical decisions and driving outcomes
🔹 Collaborate with engineering teams on design, escalation, and certification activities

Required Skills & Experience
🔹 Strong hands-on expertise with SIP protocols, signalling, and media troubleshooting
🔹 Solid experience working within Linux environments (CLI-based support and diagnostics)
🔹 Proven background in VoIP platforms (PBX systems, SIP trunking, or service provider environments)
🔹 Strong systems-level problem-solving across multiple technologies
🔹 Basic scripting/automation experience
🔹 Exposure to APIs such as SOAP or REST

Preferred Experience
🔹 Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) (e.g., Oracle/Acme Packet or similar)
🔹 Familiarity with carrier-grade voice platforms (e.g., BroadWorks or similar)
🔹 Exposure to Cisco voice technologies
🔹 Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region or global voice deployments

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 2+ years of experience, OR 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

    • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Top Secret clearance with CI Poly is a big plus!

    • Certifications like CISSP, RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Security+, or Linux+.

    • Expertise in automation tools, scripting, and virtualization technologies.

    • Strong knowledge of Linux OS, network protocols, and security compliance frameworks such as RMF.

    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-stakes environments.
