A regional healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Market Director of Information Technology & Services to provide strategic and operational technology leadership across its hospital and assigned market facilities.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this senior leadership position will oversee hospital IT operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology support and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

    • Provide guidance to ensure the team's performance aligns with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.

    • Resolve team conflicts and escalate issues as needed.

    • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and project steering team.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all project solutions adhere to compliance standards (ITAR, DFARS, SOX, etc.).

    • Proactively manage risks associated with projects.

  • Budgeting and Capital Management:

    • Develop and manage capital budget requests and track expenses for responsible projects.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Partner with business leaders to prioritize project needs and ensure resources are appropriately allocated.

    • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams (procurement, finance, engineering) and third-party suppliers.

    • Contribute to compliance activities such as system testing, disaster recovery, and SOX audit requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT project management role.

  • Experience with B2B commerce partnerships and EDI deployments.

  • Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies.

  • U.S. person status due to ITAR compliance.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant financial systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in application support and operations management.

  • Technical skills:

    • SQL, PLSQL, COBOL, VB.Net, Java, or C#.

    • Working knowledge of database query tools (SQL Developer, SQL+).

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Creative and innovative problem-solving ability.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
