A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced HR IT Applications Manager to lead and oversee its HR and Workforce Management technology platforms, with primary responsibility for Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos (UKG) workforce management solutions.

HR Technology Leadership

  • Drive adoption and enhancement of the Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX).

  • Recommend and implement system improvements and best practices.

  • Ensure reliable operation of HR technology platforms.

Workforce Management Systems

  • Lead support and optimization of Kronos (UKG) workforce management solutions, including:

    • Timekeeping

    • Scheduling

    • Labor Tracking

  • Ensure workforce systems effectively support operational requirements.

Integration & Systems Management

  • Oversee integrations between:

    • Oracle HCM Cloud

    • Kronos/UKG

    • Payroll Systems

    • Third-Party Applications

    • Downstream Enterprise Systems

  • Manage application performance, stability, and system enhancements.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Supervise and mentor IT application support staff.

  • Lead and develop HR systems support teams.

Project & Governance Leadership
