Overview
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) – Record to Report (R2R) to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation, process standardization, and governance initiatives across a large multi-entity environment.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming and optimizing the end-to-end Record-to-Report process, partnering closely with executive leadership, Shared Services, Finance, and IT teams to improve financial close performance, strengthen controls, standardize processes, and support future acquisitions and integrations.
This is not a traditional accounting leadership position—it is ideal for a finance transformation leader with experience driving enterprise-wide process improvement and Oracle-enabled change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Process Ownership
Own the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process across the enterprise.
Lead financial close transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce close cycle times.
Standardize:
General Ledger processes
Financial close procedures
Chart of Accounts governance
Financial reporting processes
Oracle & Shared Services Optimization
Lead Oracle ERP transformation and optimization initiatives.
Partner with Shared Services and Finance teams to improve process consistency and scalability.
Drive automation initiatives and reduce manual processes.
Governance & Performance Management
Develop and implement enterprise-wide:
KPIs
SLAs
Dashboards
Governance frameworks
Identify control gaps and strengthen compliance and accountability.
Strategic Leadership
Support acquisition integrations, including Day 1 readiness and process harmonization.
Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term finance transformation roadmaps.
Influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
Education

Experience
12+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or shared services leadership experience.
Deep expertise in:
Financial Close
General Ledger
Reconciliations
Consolidations
Financial Reporting
Oracle ERP experience required.
Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) experience required.
Experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
Experience operating in large, multi-entity organizations.
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud/Fusion transformation experience.
