What You'll Be Doing

SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning modules

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, usability, and performance

  • Configure enhancements that support employee development, performance, succession planning, and learning initiatives

Application Development & Deployment

  • Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and release activities

  • Support application upgrades, version releases, and new functionality rollouts

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution

  • Ensure solutions are delivered with quality, stability, and scalability in mind

  • Support integrations across the broader HR technology landscape

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders

  • Consult with users to understand requirements and identify technical solutions

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide advanced support for Talent Management and Learning platforms

  • Lead resolution of complex incidents and system issues

  • Drive prioritization of support requests and enhancement initiatives

  • Recommend process improvements and system optimizations

  • Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap discussions

Vendor & Solution Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors

  • Partner with third-party solution providers to support platform enhancements

  • Assist with evaluation of new tools, capabilities, and technologies

  • Support contract discussions and vendor performance management

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant HR technology, application development, or SuccessFactors experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Strong understanding of Talent Management and Learning business processes

  • Experience managing complex application configurations and deployments

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, and support enterprise software solutions

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Compensation & Benefits

๐Ÿ’ฐ Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
