What You'll Be Doing
SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning Configuration
Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning modules
Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, usability, and performance
Configure enhancements that support employee development, performance, succession planning, and learning initiatives
Application Development & Deployment
Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and release activities
Support application upgrades, version releases, and new functionality rollouts
Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ensure solutions are delivered with quality, stability, and scalability in mind
Support integrations across the broader HR technology landscape
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
Consult with users to understand requirements and identify technical solutions
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Application Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide advanced support for Talent Management and Learning platforms
Lead resolution of complex incidents and system issues
Drive prioritization of support requests and enhancement initiatives
Recommend process improvements and system optimizations
Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap discussions
Vendor & Solution Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors
Partner with third-party solution providers to support platform enhancements
Assist with evaluation of new tools, capabilities, and technologies
Support contract discussions and vendor performance management
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
5+ years of relevant HR technology, application development, or SuccessFactors experience
Hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Strong understanding of Talent Management and Learning business processes
Experience managing complex application configurations and deployments
Ability to troubleshoot, test, and support enterprise software solutions
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
