What You'll Be Doing

SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding modules

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

  • Configure enhancements that improve recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee transition experiences

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and adoption

  • Ensure system configurations align with business objectives and best practices

Application Development & Deployment

  • Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and release management activities

  • Support platform upgrades, system enhancements, and new feature implementations

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Execute quality assurance and testing activities to ensure system stability

  • Support integrations across the broader HR technology ecosystem

Business Consulting & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders

  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Act as a trusted advisor on recruiting and onboarding technology capabilities

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide advanced technical support for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications

  • Lead prioritization and resolution of incidents, service requests, and enhancement opportunities

  • Recommend process improvements and platform optimizations

  • Support long-term technology roadmaps and platform strategy discussions

  • Drive improvements that increase efficiency, automation, and user satisfaction

Vendor & Solution Management

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with technology vendors

  • Support evaluation of new products, features, and capabilities

  • Partner with third-party providers to enhance platform functionality

  • Assist with vendor performance management and solution optimization

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant HR technology, application development, or SuccessFactors experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes

  • Experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR applications

  • Experience with application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support

  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solutions

What you’ll do:

·        Recruit full cycle, from source to hire for blue-collar and white-collar roles located in the UK and throughout Europe. Roles will include field service technicians, direct sales professionals, IT and other roles as needed

·        Partner, consult and advise business leaders by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive labor markets

·        Ensure our staffing needs are filled in a timely manner

·        Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods including referrals, online sourcing, partnerships, and events

·        Pre-screen candidates by phone or video for knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide recommendations for next level interviews

·        Organize and facilitate interview debriefs

·        Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation

·        Track candidate and pipeline activity in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter

·        Measure and report on sourcing and recruiting metrics (ex. source of hire and time-to-fill)

·        Deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience

 

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

·        Experienced full-cycle recruiting of roles within an organization

·        Experience recruiting mechanical and electrical technicians, sales, professional, engineering and/or leadership positions

·        Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent, and a proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume

·        Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track and manage candidates – preferably Workday

·        Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and other databases

·        Strong organizational skills to balance a requisition workload

·        Understanding of the local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing

·        Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

·        Fluency English (professional)

·        Additional language fluency, preferred but not required: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Spanish
