About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in large-scale concrete projects to take ownership of complex initiatives exceeding $100M. This role provides overall leadership, direction, and accountability, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and with strong financial performance.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee every phase of the project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enforce a strong safety culture, mentoring teams and retraining staff where needed.

  • Drive preconstruction efforts, including:

    • Quantity takeoff

    • Trade coordination and scope development

    • Bid package creation and review

    • Schedule development and bid list management

  • Implement and manage the buyout schedule, verifying pricing, scope, and subcontract issuance.

  • Oversee submittal schedule setup, reviewing shop drawings and ensuring timely approval for project flow.

  • Ensure submittals and documentation are properly distributed and available per contract schedules.

  • Provide leadership on preconstruction estimates, client discussions, and GMP development.

  • Actively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

  • Deliver accurate estimating and productivity analysis.

Requirements

10–15 years of project management experience in construction.
✅ Proven expertise in large-scale ($100M+) concrete projects.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Solid knowledge of safety protocols, preconstruction processes, and risk management.
✅ Ability to manage complex subcontractor and client relationships.

  • A current Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with extensive concrete trade partner experience, or with a GC’s self-perform concrete group.

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and compliance initiatives at a key manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage day-to-day EHS operations, implement strategic safety programs, and champion a culture of zero incidents while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local regulations.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to influence across all levels of the organization and drive world-class EHS performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage environmental, health, and safety functions across the facility.

  • Serve as the hazardous waste engineer, reducing waste and implementing recycling programs.

  • Oversee environmental reporting, monitoring, and permit applications.

  • Manage SDS/Hazard Communication and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

  • Lead facility-wide safety committees and employee training initiatives.

🎯 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience.

  • 3+ years implementing safety-related programs in a manufacturing environment.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or EHS-related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CHMM, CSP, CIH, or PE.

  • Hands-on experience in lean manufacturing environments.

  • Strong understanding of hazardous waste and environmental regulations.

  • Prior experience preparing compliance reports (Tier II, TRI, emissions, hazardous waste, etc.).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus).

  • Background in FTZ/Security compliance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Health and Safety for an underground zinc mining operation. This role involves overseeing the health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a strong safety culture within the organization.

  • Analyze health and safety performance through various indicators and lead audits to ensure compliance with company safety procedures, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.

  • Advise management on opportunities for performance improvements related to health and safety.

  • Conduct hazard evaluations and risk assessments, and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risks.

  • Assist in incident investigations, determining risk levels, evaluating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies (such as MSHA), managing mine inspector visits and necessary documentation.

  • Communicate safety information effectively to employees, managers, and stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns.

Required Qualifications
