Overview

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Technical Lead, Architecture – Enterprise Risk Delivery to provide architectural leadership across a portfolio of enterprise risk technology initiatives.

This Director-level individual contributor role is responsible for designing and governing enterprise-scale technology solutions supporting Financial Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Financial Crimes, and Compliance functions. The successful candidate will lead solution architecture across complex business domains while partnering closely with engineering, data, product, security, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation and GenAI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture

  • Design enterprise-scale, secure, and scalable solution architectures.

  • Define architectural blueprints and implementation roadmaps.

  • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and resilience of enterprise platforms.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership across engineering, architecture, and product teams.

  • Mentor engineering teams and influence technical direction.

  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions.

  • Balance innovation, delivery speed, and technical debt.

Enterprise Risk Technology

  • Deliver technology solutions supporting:

  • Enable enterprise data integration and risk analytics.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

✔ 10+ years of software engineering experience.

✔ 8+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership.

✔ 15+ years of overall technology experience preferred.
