• Create, maintain and update projects in SAP and ensure Estimates at Completion remain accurate.
• Produce Integrated Program Management Report deliverables, including Formats 1 through 5 and Format 7.
• Create and review variance reports using input from Control Account Managers.
• Build and maintain program baseline budgets for performance measurement.
• Prepare proposal cost estimates and supporting pricing data.
• Support internal and external audits for assigned programs.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to improvements in systems, controls and processes.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate effectively across finance, program management, contracts, operations and procurement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, accounting, finance or another analytical discipline, plus at least six years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a graduate degree plus at least four years of relevant experience, or at least 10 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Demonstrated aerospace or defense program-finance experience with strong Earned Value Management knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Cobra and SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, financial management, risk management, cost estimating and work breakdown structures.
• Knowledge of change management, configuration management, system surveillance, operations and procurement.
• Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, ANSI EIA 748, EVMIG and NDIA intent guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a United States Secret security clearance.
Preferred Experience
• MBA, CPA, PMP, EVMP or a comparable professional qualification.
• Experience in a leadership development program or mentoring finance colleagues.
• Financial ownership of a high-visibility government or defense program.
• Knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlooks and variance analysis.
