What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and roadmaps.

  • Design and oversee integrations with third-party platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).

  • Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure best-in-class development standards.

  • Optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, security, and scalability.

  • Lead upgrades, enhancements, and governance initiatives to keep systems aligned with best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and SME, driving innovation and value for enterprise clients.

What We’re Looking For

βœ… U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
βœ… ServiceNow CAD or CTA certification required (CSA also considered)
βœ… 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect role
βœ… Technical expertise across ITSM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, and integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, APIs)
βœ… Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
βœ… Proven success in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
βœ… Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile project delivery
βœ… Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities

🎯 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow.

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.

  • Skilled in writing user stories, workflows, and documentation.

  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams (flexibility for early/late calls required).

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder only.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, IIBA) preferred.

  • ITIL framework knowledge strongly valued.

  • Experience in Healthcare or SLED environments.

  • Agile/Scrum background (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups).

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Hands-on with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics.
