What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and roadmaps.
Design and oversee integrations with third-party platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure best-in-class development standards.
Optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, security, and scalability.
Lead upgrades, enhancements, and governance initiatives to keep systems aligned with best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor and SME, driving innovation and value for enterprise clients.
What We’re Looking For
✅ U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
✅ ServiceNow CAD or CTA certification required (CSA also considered)
✅ 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect role
✅ Technical expertise across ITSM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, and integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, APIs)
✅ Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
✅ Proven success in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
✅ Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile project delivery
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
Nice-to-Haves
⭐ Experience with ITAM, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management)
⭐ Familiarity with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure)
⭐ DevOps / CI-CD pipeline experience for ServiceNow
⭐ Advanced ServiceNow features like Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence
