Overview

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Technology Consultant to support, optimize, and enhance its cloud-based HR technology environment, with a strong focus on Workday.

This role will serve as a key HRIS subject matter expert, partnering with HR, IT, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to improve system performance, streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Administration & Configuration

  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of Workday.

  • Gather requirements, configure solutions, perform testing, and migrate changes into production.

  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations.

  • Review and test vendor releases and recommend adoption of new functionality.

HRIS Consulting & Business Partnership

  • Partner with HR leaders, SMEs, and business stakeholders to improve business processes and system functionality.

  • Advise on security configuration, reporting, integrations, and workflow optimization.

  • Serve as the HRIS lead on enterprise-wide initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and transformation projects.

Reporting, Security & Governance

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Ensure HRIS data integrity, governance, and security compliance.

  • Collaborate with IT regarding integrations and downstream system impacts.

  • Maintain documentation and end-user training materials.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

  • Develop HR technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging HR technology capabilities.

  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • Information Systems

    • Human Resources

    • Business

    • Related field

  • Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 7+ years of HRIS consulting or HR systems experience.

  • Strong Workday experience required.

  • Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas within Workday.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and expansion of standard processes within IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) and related applications. This role will focus on scaling business operations, improving practices, and addressing evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system setups and configurations to support business operations.

  • Design and develop Crystal Reports for diverse business needs.

  • Analyze and generate actionable insights from system reports.

  • Implement and support IQMS/DELMIAworks applications and solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure reliability.

  • Ensure data integrity and system security across all platforms.

  • Travel up to 25% for project implementation and support.

  • Lead the development and implementation of ERP modules in collaboration with business leaders across manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain.

  • Conduct system testing activities for releases and upgrades.

  • Provide training for technical and non-technical users on ERP solutions.

  • Document system configurations and create system application test protocols for compliance validation.

  • Evaluate and implement supporting ERP systems, such as reporting packages and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks and Crystal Reports.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and ERP systems.

  • Proficiency with SQL and report development tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in plastics manufacturing or the broader manufacturing industry.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and multi-ERP environments.

  • Experience integrating IT systems for acquired companies.
