An innovative and fast-growing ServiceNow Partner is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with deep CMDB expertise to help design and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

You’ll play a key role in improving configuration management data accuracy, automating discovery, and integrating ITSM and ITOM processes β€” empowering organizations to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.

This is a hands-on technical role that blends development, architecture, and problem-solving. You’ll collaborate closely with senior architects, business analysts, and delivery leads on large-scale digital transformation projects.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

  • Build and optimize CI classes, identification rules, and relationship models to ensure CMDB integrity.

  • Integrate CMDB data with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM modules to improve data accuracy and transparency.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.

  • Configure and support MID Servers, integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC), and Orchestration tools.

  • Conduct data audits, reconciliations, and performance tuning for CMDB and related modules.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies β€” sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

βœ… 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer.
βœ… Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns.
βœ… Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and overall ServiceNow configuration.
βœ… Hands-on experience with one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM.
βœ… Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
βœ… Strong documentation and technical design writing skills.
