π Overview
A leading packaging manufacturer is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and grow business within the corrugated packaging market.
This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth across the assigned territory.
π§ Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management
Develop and manage a defined sales territory
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
Create and execute strategic account growth plans
Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities through:
Prospecting
Networking
Customer visits
Industry events
Drive profitable growth through new account development
Consultative Sales
Evaluate customer packaging requirements and recommend solutions
Deliver value-based selling strategies focused on:
Efficiency
Cost savings
Packaging performance
Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
Market & Industry Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Support strategic growth initiatives within the territory
β Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree OR equivalent relevant experience
2+ years of sales experience
Valid driverβs license required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Experience in:
Packaging industry
Corrugated box manufacturing
Manufacturing sales environments
Familiarity with the Scotia, NY territory and surrounding market
