We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer with an Oil and Gas background or piping background to help us with our growing workload of oil & gas projects This position will be remote.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Work with project managers and the mechanical design drafting team

·        Engineer O&G facility piping systems utilizing 3D design software

·        Perform pipe and valve sizing and material specifications

·        Develop and coordinate pipe routing and layouts with the design drafting team

·        Interpret vendor data sheets and P&IDs to create accurate 3Ddesign models

·        Determine specifications and locations of equipment and fittings

·        Familiar with ASME B31 piping codes

·        Work with the Process team to develop P&IDs

·        Perform site visits to assess, document, and report on existing conditions

·        Review isometrics, schematics, and P&IDs for accuracy

·        Develop project scopes, assist in proposal writing, writing technical reports, and performing engineering studies

·        Attends client meetings, communicating concerns and changes with the client

·        Writes project specifications (non-technical and technical sections)

·        Coordinate with the project team and other disciplines to incorporate design information and client standards into the construction documents

·        Familiar with Caesar II stress analysis is a plus

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software design tools such as Plant 3D, CADWorx

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office software

·        Good writing, organization, and communication skills

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Information Technology, the Data Manager/Data Analytics is responsible for overseeing the development and use of company data systems and guaranteeing that all information to and from the company runs timely and securely. They will also effectively identify, analyze and translate business needs into technology and process solutions. This position can be based out of Westlake Village, CA/Marlborough, MA/Danbury, CT.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Works with other team members and business stakeholders to drive development of business analytics requirements.

  • Leverages knowledge of business processes and data domain.

  • Brings deep expertise in data visualization tools and techniques in translating business analytics needs into data visualization and semantic data access requirements.

  • Works with various business units to facilitate technical design of complex data sourcing, transformation and aggregation logic, ensuring business analytics requirements are met.

  • Leverages enterprise standard tools and platforms to visualize analytics insights, typically working with and/or leading a small team.

  • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications

  • Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools)

  • Manage integration tools and data warehouse.  

  • Manage and conduct data validation and troubleshooting

  • Create visualizations and reports according to business requirements

  • Monitoring and enhancing databases and related systems to optimize performance.

  • Proactively addressing scalability and performance issues.

  • Ensuring data quality and integrity while supporting large data sets.

  • Debugging and resolving database reliability, integrity, and efficiency.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree with minimum 3-5 years related experience in data management or analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)

  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence / Analytics related work experience in challenging environments

  • Strong understanding of modern data modelling techniques

  • Strong understanding of Cloud services providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and how to architect solutions around them

  • Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data.

  • An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.

We are seeking an experienced CAD Technician I to join our team in the Newark, OH office.

 

This position assists with the drafting and design of land surveying projects and civil engineering projects within a multidiscipline team of engineers and scientists working within a team environment. The selected candidate will become part of an established surveying practice working, civil design, and other environmental and engineering drafting projects. The person in this role should maintain accuracy, quality, and completeness, and meet deadlines and budgets established within the project. Works under the general direction of a project surveyor.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Produce simple to complex, accurate drawings and illustrations in accordance with company standards from data, sketches, or verbal communication from technical staff with general direction

·        Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software programs to perform routine calculations such as determining distances, areas, and volumes and creating alignments, and surfaces

·        Assist with quantity takeoffs and estimating; and

How You Will Make An Impact:

·        Lead complex and fast paced schedules and priorities for the executive and other members as needed
