- Lead total-portfolio analysis covering asset allocation, liquidity, leverage, cash flow, downside scenarios and long-term returns.

- Evaluate public securities, alternatives, real estate, operating-business investments and strategic acquisitions.

- Lead investment due diligence, underwriting and external manager selection; present recommendations to executives, investment committees and boards.

- Develop financial models, return thresholds, performance measures, investment reporting and risk dashboards, including advanced real estate modelling.

- Support multigenerational capital preservation and wealth-planning discussions through rigorous analysis and advice.

- Own financial plans, budgets, forecasts and performance targets, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Lead and develop the investment function, coach colleagues and managers, plan resources and support organisational change.

- Build trusted relationships across investment, operating-business and external stakeholder teams.

What you will bring

- 12+ years of real estate, financial management or accounting experience.
