π About the Role
Weβre seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to spearhead growth across the Chicago and Midwest market. This is a newly created position designed for a hunter who thrives on building relationships and driving digital transformation.
As a ServiceNow-focused Account Executive, youβll be responsible for securing net-new accounts, expanding client partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver world-class IT service management solutions.
π‘οΈ Key Responsibilities
Own client relationships β act as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities for growth.
Hunt for new business β drive revenue by prospecting and closing net-new logos.
Strategize with partners β collaborate with ServiceNow account managers and internal teams to design winning go-to-market strategies.
Pipeline management β actively prospect, nurture, and manage leads through HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events, and networking.
Full-cycle sales β from lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
Build long-term trust β ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
π― Required Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding quotas.
Experience selling ServiceNow solutions.
Background selling into Healthcare and SLED markets.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong hunter mentality β skilled at prospecting and winning new business.
US Citizen or Green Card holder only.
Existing relationships in the Midwest market.
At least 3 years of experience selling professional services.
β Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior SDR experience.
Knowledge of Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling methodologies.
Experience within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
