💼 Account Executive – Metro Chicago

📍 Remote (must be based in Chicago to service the Midwest region)
📅 Full-time | Mid-level | Reports to VP of Sales

💰 Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 base + commission + annual bonus (OTE $180k+)

🚀 About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to spearhead growth across the Chicago and Midwest market. This is a newly created position designed for a hunter who thrives on building relationships and driving digital transformation.

As a ServiceNow-focused Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for securing net-new accounts, expanding client partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver world-class IT service management solutions.

🛡️ Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships – act as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Hunt for new business – drive revenue by prospecting and closing net-new logos.

  • Strategize with partners – collaborate with ServiceNow account managers and internal teams to design winning go-to-market strategies.

  • Pipeline management – actively prospect, nurture, and manage leads through HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events, and networking.

  • Full-cycle sales – from lead qualification through negotiation and closing.

  • Build long-term trust – ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.

🎯 Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding quotas.

  • Experience selling ServiceNow solutions.

  • Background selling into Healthcare and SLED markets.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Strong hunter mentality – skilled at prospecting and winning new business.

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder only.

  • Existing relationships in the Midwest market.

  • At least 3 years of experience selling professional services.

✅ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior SDR experience.

  • Knowledge of Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling methodologies.

  • Experience within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
