The Opportunity
Support enterprise infrastructure and application initiatives spanning networking, servers, workstation services, Microsoft 365, telecommunications and service operations. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, analyse data, coordinate testing and help deliver practical technology improvements.

Pontiac, Michigan — hybrid, with two onsite days per week. Local candidates required.
Employment: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business, functional and system requirements.
• Analyse data, processes and current-state systems.
• Prepare technical requirements, user stories, use cases and process documentation.
• Support application configuration, implementation, testing and defect management.
• Create procedures and provide training and user support.
• Contribute to RFP, contract and scope documentation.
• Work across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, VoIP and service teams.
Required Experience
• 5+ years in IT, business systems analysis or application support.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier or comparable enterprise project or construction-management software.
• ServiceNow integrations, Asset Management, Inventory Management and CMDB discovery.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and data-analytics capability.
• Application testing, Agile or Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of on-premises, cloud-hosted and SaaS environments.
Preferred Experience
• Telecommunications Expense Management, VoIP or Webex.
• Worksoft or comparable test automation.
• Contracts and RFP development.
• Utilities, energy or another regulated environment.
• Reporting, dashboards and performance metrics.
