A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Value Stream Manager โ€“ Fabrication to lead end-to-end operations within a key production value stream.

This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, while embedding lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement across fabrication operations.

Operations Leadership

  • Lead daily operations within the value stream to achieve performance targets across:

    • Safety

    • Quality

    • Delivery

    • Cost

  • Drive execution of daily, monthly, and annual production goals

  • Ensure a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Lean & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement lean methodologies including:

    • Flow optimization

    • Pull systems (Kanban)

    • Standardized work

  • Apply structured problem-solving methods (PDCA, root cause analysis)

  • Build a culture focused on โ€œstop to fixโ€ quality mindset

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Process Optimization

  • Improve production flow and reduce:

    • Inventory levels

    • Operating costs

  • Develop and execute short and long-term improvement plans

  • Implement visual management systems to surface issues quickly

  • Drive KPI performance across:

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Lead operational readiness and execution for new product launches

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration

  • Share best practices and drive alignment across the facility

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in:

    • Engineering

    • Business

    • Supply Chain

    • Or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Operations leadership or lean manufacturing environments

  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication, including:

    • Cutting

    • Punching

    • Forming

    • Welding

    • Painting

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Lean principles and implementation

    • Flow, Kanban, and PFEP (Plan for Every Part)

  • ERP system experience (e.g., SAP)

  • Lean / Operations / Supply Chain certifications

QA Lead

Location: Hybrid, London 

Type: Full Time 

 

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a QA Lead to enhance the quality assurance processes for our Remote Gaming Platform (RGP). The platform delivers premium gaming experiences globally, seamlessly integrating with operators around the world. In this role, you will lead the QA discipline, create and implement testing strategies, manage QA engineers, and ensure the highest quality standards for both internal and external game development teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure releases meet business requirements and optimize testing efficiency.

- Advocate for quality across the organization by balancing manual and automated testing efforts for functional and non-functional requirements.

- Oversee the maintenance of API documentation, ensuring consistency in testing across projects, and guide QA engineers in keeping test suites up to date.

- Address compliance, security, and load challenges specific to high-volume, transactional gaming sites.

- Analyze and report on bug statistics to inform development priorities and improve product quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Architects, to ensure seamless integration and quality of features.

- Continuously seek and implement improvements in QA processes and tools.

 

Requirements:

 

- Proven leadership experience in managing QA engineers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Strategic planning skills with the ability to align QA processes and methodologies with business objectives and project timelines.

- Expertise in developing comprehensive test suites and mentoring team members in test case creation best practices.

- Experience with browser developer tools and testing on both desktop and mobile environments.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, to facilitate team collaboration and workflow efficiency.

- Experience with TestRail or similar test case management tools, GitLab for version control, and Postman for API testing.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana for real-time performance monitoring.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies to create scalable testing environments.

- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and Java for effective leadership and collaboration with development teams.
