What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, schedule, and oversee both preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions that drive long-term reliability.
Lead cost-reduction and process improvement projects to boost efficiency.
Monitor and update KPIs to ensure measurable improvements.
Develop clear equipment maintenance procedures and ensure PM work orders are completed on time.
Play an active role in supporting the plant’s safety program.
Champion the use of Lean tools, TPM practices, and CMMS systems to elevate standards across the facility.
What We’re Looking For
✅ BSc in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
✅ 2+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a Continuous Improvement environment
✅ Background in Flexible Packaging maintenance (highly desirable)
✅ Strong Microsoft Office & CMMS system expertise
✅ Fluent in English & French (facility interviews conducted in French)
✅ A proactive problem solver who thrives on the production floor and isn’t afraid to take ownership
