As a PHP Developer you are primarily responsible for aiding in the development and maintenance of the company web applications, but are also required to aid with a wide range of other IT issues, including hardware and external software set up and tier 1 support.


·         To continue the successful development of the companies PHP and MySQL applications

·         To support the use of our clients applications across the company, including supporting current users and more manual fixes to specific problems

Day to day tasks:

About the Role

As our business expands we have an opening for a Senior Full Stack (Back-end focused) Web Developer to join our small team of 9. You will be moving into a key role within our software team, playing an important role in the implementation of new features, improving performance and building a fantastic platform and experience for our users. The platforms current code is under two years old and has been well-tested. We also ensure to deploy to production several times a day. The current tech stack is PHP/Symfony 3 with MongoDb and we require somebody who can jump in quickly on the codebase. There are multiple opportunities to expand your skillset with projects in image processing, machine learning and devops on the immediate horizon. Ideally this person will be a thoughtful, well rounded software engineer with past exposure to both back and front-end development and a good understanding of modern tools, methodologies and best practice.
