Account Executive (New Business) – Kaptius
Location: London (Hybrid – Borough Market)

Headquartered in London, Kaptius employs over 150 people across three offices in London, Hyderabad (India), and Dubai (UAE). The business specialises in helping organisations maximise the value of the ServiceNow platform through tailored, outcome-driven solutions.

The Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join the London team. This role is primarily focused on new business generation (70–80%), with responsibility for building pipeline through outbound activity, alongside managing and converting inbound leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to develop within the ServiceNow ecosystem and a high-growth consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound activity including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales engagements aligned to client needs
• Work closely with internal teams to shape and position appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting
• Develop long-term client relationships to support ongoing growth

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in Account Executive, Sales, or Account Management roles
• Proven experience in lead generation and cold outreach
• Experience within technology, SaaS, or platform-based sales environments
• Exposure to ServiceNow is highly desirable
• Background in platforms such as Salesforce or similar is beneficial but not essential
• Strong understanding of consultative or solution-based selling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
