A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Inks to drive profitable growth across key Narrow Web packaging customers.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role combining commercial ownership and technical expertise, focused on water-based and UV-curable inks and coatings.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Account & Revenue Ownership
Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
Own:
Revenue growth
Margin performance
Account profitability
Develop and execute account growth strategies
Lead pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements
Business Development
Identify and convert new opportunities:
Product conversions
Line extensions
New applications
Expand presence within existing accounts and new markets
Technical & Solution Selling
Act as a solutions advisor, not just a supplier
Leverage expertise in:
Water-based inks
UV-curable inks and coatings
Lead:
Press trials
Product launches
Technical validations
Translate technical performance into clear business value
Customer Relationship Management
Build relationships across:
Operations
Quality
Procurement
Executive leadership
Act as the primary escalation point for technical and commercial issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration

✅ Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in:
Packaging
Printing
Inks / coatings
Or related manufacturing environment
Strong commercial experience in:
Account management
Technical sales
Proven ability to:
Solve customer problems
Manage complex accounts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
