•Development of web and mobile applications (online marketplaces, imaginative start-up platforms, data visualisation systems, e-commerce apps, ERPs, CRMs et cetera).
•Collaborate in a self-organised team of 2-5, supported by both an agile and tech coach.
•Interact directly with our customers and their decision makers (CEOs, Co-originators, MDs).
•Since our office opened in 2015 we’ve grown to a team of 30 developers & business developers based in central-East London.
•We’re a young, energetic team, with an average age of 26!

Technical Skills - Essential
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years commercial experience supplemented by a Quantitative Degree from a top University: Computer Science, Engineering, Maths. We're also open to candidates straight from University if they have achieved outstanding grades & display a true passion for software by showcasing the experience they have gained from personal projects.
You should have previous experience working with 2/3 of the following:
•Experience working in an agile environment, built on Scrum, DevOps and the Lean Start-up. •Experience & a passion for web technologies.
Technical Skills - Advantageous
•Work experience/internships in software development.
•Personal projects (outside of work or study) or examples of products built in spare time. •Entrepreneurial spirit, founded a company/society.
•Client side experience.

Salary - From
£36,000 per Year - Salary – To £42,000 per Year
