🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver world-class critical care to patients in a Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety
Apply clinical expertise and compassion to complex and evolving patient needs
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow all required nursing protocols
Actively engage in continuing education and performance improvement initiatives
✅ Qualifications You Bring
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
NIH Stroke Scale certification (within 90 days of hire)
At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
