🧭 What You’ll Do

🛠 System & Process Leadership

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP and related ERP solutions.

  • Drive improvements in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations.

  • Manage project budgets, resources, and deliverables—delivering on time and on target.

  • Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement integrated, scalable business systems.

🔍 Business Optimization

  • Act as a strategic advisor, translating business needs into technical requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance system performance.

  • Lead cross-functional process improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.

  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and high-quality documentation across all implementations.

👥 Team Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide a team of Business Process Analysts, providing technical oversight and support.

  • Partner with ABAP developers and IT teams to lead design and integration work.

  • Foster strong partnerships between IT, procurement, finance, and operations.

✅ What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience or equivalent ERP expertise.

  • Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

  • Experience leading large, complex SAP projects from design to go-live.

  • Strong technical understanding of SAP, Ariba, and Aravo tools.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Position Overview

The Junior IT Network Administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring software, setting up hardware, and providing technical support for software-related issues. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

This position is 100% on-site, working directly with employees across various levels in the organization and reporting to the IT Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Installation: Install new software on computers and laptops as needed, including Microsoft Office Suite and Avionte.

  • Configuration: Set up and configure laptops, printers, and other hardware with necessary software.

  • User Support: Provide technical support for software and connectivity issues (hardware expertise not required).

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and report technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in both office and manufacturing environments to address IT needs.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT role.

  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Goshen, IN.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with a mix of blue-collar and white-collar employees.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under the guidance of a manager located in another country.
