About the Role:
Step into a high-impact senior engineering role where innovation meets large-scale execution. As a Senior Automation & Robotics Engineer, you’ll lead transformative projects that shape advanced manufacturing capabilities across multiple U.S. production sites. You'll be at the center of automation, robotics, and process modernization—driving real change in how cutting-edge products are made.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end technical projects—from feasibility and planning to installation, FAT/PAT, commissioning, and post-launch support.
Design and execute capital projects with detailed cost analysis, scheduling, and procurement.
Troubleshoot and support high-speed automated machinery with electrical, mechanical, PLC, servo, and vision system components.
Drive manufacturing efficiency through automation, robotics, AGVs, and smart data systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with plant engineers, vendors, and corporate teams to deliver top-tier production solutions.
Ensure compliance, quality, and budget adherence for all technical initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
Strong independent problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
Ability to self-manage and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with automation or robotics in high-speed production.
Nice-to-Haves:
Robotic system design or maintenance experience.
Familiarity with PLC programming (Rockwell Automation preferred).
Mechanical systems knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD.
AGV implementation or troubleshooting experience.

Engineer IV: $116,160 – $130,680 + 7.5% target bonus
Engineer V: $131,920 – $148,410 + 12.5% target bonus
